Damaged Perfume Replaced With Ease
5When this item arrived the box was damaged so I rang customer services who advised I could have 10% off or return for replacement. As it was for a present I returned it with the free postage label on the website & on receipt they posted out a replacement straight the way ensuring that the packaging was adequate to prevent it from being damaged again Many thanks
