Awful company
1I bought this as a Christmas present for my mum for it to never arrive. They didn’t get the address correct to delivered it to someone in Macclesfield, I only realised after not reviving the parcel and so rung them up and they told me this. I then asked them to send me another to which they told me it was now out of stock so they couldn’t and a refund was all they could offer! I would never buy from this company again.

Never received, giving neutral review of product
3Want to give 1 start review of fragrance direct. Package lost in post for days, continuously passed around depot and sent back to fragrance direct, who took 4 days after that to tell me they were sending a refund that I never asked for. Could have told me as soon as they knew and avoided a mess at Christmas
