To enter the competition, go to the Website or App, add items to your basket, and at checkout, select the option to enter the draw. Then complete the checkout process and make your payment to receive an order confirmation. You may add up to five entries per completed online order. The Promoter will confirm receipt of your entry; however, they are not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed, lost, or delayed due to technical issues such as equipment failure, system errors, or software malfunctions. By purchasing entries, registering an account, and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

Fragrance Direct provides an alternative way for participants to enter our Prize Draws. Details of how to use this method are outlined below. Similar to the paid entry option, this alternative method requires you to agree to all our terms and conditions which can be found here. To enter, take a blank sheet of paper or a postcard and write or type the following information: your full legal name, residential address (P.O. boxes are not permitted), town or city, postcode, phone number (optional), email address, and the name of the Prize Draw you wish to join. For example, if Fragrance Direct were running a draw in June, you would write: 'Fragrance Direct June Draw'. Please ensure your entry is clearly written, as illegible entries may be disqualified. Please make sure your entry arrives before the closing time of the draw. Send your completed entry in an envelope or on a postcard via first- or second-class post to the following address:

Yes, online up to 5 entries per order, and multiple postal entries are allowed but must be separate.

Each draw will take place on the 1st of each month. The competition will end 48hrs prior to the draw. Entries after the closing date won’t count for that draw.

We’ll send an order confirmation email for every valid entry, it will not contain a unique ticket number, your name (attached to your online account) will be used in the draw.
