Then complete the checkout process and make your payment to receive an order confirmation. You may add up to five entries per completed online order. Your order confirmation will act as receipt of your entry. We are not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed, lost, or delayed due to technical issues such as equipment failure, system errors, or software malfunctions.

Fragrance Direct provides an alternative way for participants to enter our Prize Draws. Details of how to use this method are outlined below. Similar to the paid entry option, this alternative method requires you to agree to all our terms and conditions. To enter, take a blank sheet of paper or a postcard and write or type the following information: your full legal name, residential address (P.O. boxes are not permitted), town or city, postcode, phone number (optional), email address, and the name of the Prize Draw you wish to join. For example, if Fragrance Direct were running a draw in June, you would write: "Fragrance Direct June Draw". Please ensure your entry is clearly written, as illegible entries may be disqualified. Please make sure your entry arrives before the closing time of the draw. Send your completed entry in an envelope or on a postcard via first- or second-class post to the following address:
