5I used to have my hair dyed at a professional salon. During the pandemic that was impossible. Thanks to L'Oreal Paris Permanent Hair Dye I was able to keep my appearance and good humour. This is a good product and I am grateful I discovered it. It saved the day.

Not the colour it's meant to be - dark grey brown
1I have used this brand and colour of hair dye for a few years and usually it comes up as a lovely blonde shade, as shown on the box. This time it came up as a very dark greyish brown and I have shampooed it twice but it still looks awful. I will be returning the other three boxes I bought.
