Disappointed that free sample wasn't included!!

Ordered Boss orange as a present for my daughter, received Boss Woman, I had seen a previous review about this and was confident enough to order it, my daughter was thrilled and said it was definitely Boss Orange! What I was not so impressed with was that although a free sample of Alive was mentioned on the delivery note, it wasn't included in the box!
