Mistaken Purchase
1Its a Shame they all look so similar, as I have managed to buy this instead of the "regular" Ellie saab. So I have both disappointed my wife and cost myself double as I will have to now buy the correct one, from the high street to avoid another costly mistake

Poor service and delivery
1Following a recent purchase for a siblings birthday i contacted yourselves because a delivery did not turn up 10 days after purchase, when i enquired where the item was i was told the order was cancelled because there was no stock and my money had been refunded. When i checked the money had not been refunded and i looked online and the item was in stock. I was not even notified the order was cancelled, unfortunatly i had to reorder the item and it turned up 4 days after my daughters birthday, needless to say she was disapointed
