Failure to arrive in time for Christmas
1Sadly, despite the gift being despatched by yourselves on December 9, Royal Mail failed to deliver in time for Christmas, despite numerous promises that 'it would be delivered today'. It left one person without a gift at Christmas and very disappointed. Maybe you need to find a better courier than Royal Mail to deliver your goods?
