Not great service at all
1I was not sent the product ordered. I was sent Eau de toilette and not parfume . When i called to tell them this they said they new about the issue but failed to communicate this which is not good customer service at all

Wrong order
1I bought this a month ago, very upset to see I didn’t get what I ordered , I originally ordered alien eau de parfum (refillable bottle) , and I received alien eau de toilette (non refilling) I don’t think this is fair as I paid extra for the eau de parfum, I contacted customer service and got not satisfaction off them! I was thinking they would send exactly what I ordered. I will not be returning to this site to purchase anything
