I ordered two bottle...
I ordered two bottles of Aramis body shampoo from your website, which showed a picture of a rectangular plastic bottle with a brass coloured screw top. I received an email confirmation that showed the same image. When the parcel arrived the delivery note also had the same picture. You have just emailed me to ask me to review my purchase with the same image shown for the fourth time. Please could you explain why, when I was expecting a sensible rigid container I received two brown tubes with very flimsy plastic screw caps. Also these tubes and contents were made in Belgium and not in England. Please could someone explain why There was a change in the items I ordered? I did phone your office but they could not answer my question. If this is the only container you can now supply I will be forced to purchase my Aramis products elsewhere in future.
