Always have trouble ...
Always have trouble sleeping, seems to be better with this I put it on an hour before I go to bed and I have been sleeping quicker. But do not get to use it very often as my dog sleeps in my room. apparently its not good for dogs

Yankee Candle Silver Sleep Starter Kit
This has to be the best purchase i have made this year. It so pretty to look at and oh my gosh does it make a such nice lovely calming relaxing atmosphere ready to drift off to a peaceful nights sleep. Definitely recommend this to anyone who has trouble getting to sleeping its amazing.
