Paid extra for next ...
3Paid extra for next day delivery but it didn't arrive until after I went on holiday. Was promised a refund on postage (nothing for the inconvenience) but after 3 weeks nothing arrived. Called again and the guy said he was initiating the transfer immediately. Remains to be seen. Why didn't the previous guy do that? Who was he? Well they don't record who takes your calls so they'll never know. Great systems they have
