To use: To be used every month for three consecutive days, ideally just before bed, for a three minute application. Take the mouth tray and apply one thin layer of the serum in the mouth tray, then add one layer of activator gel on top of the serum, using the mixing stick to ensure the two ingredients are mixed adequately. Insert the mouth tray and hold in place for three minutes, then remove and gently rinse away any residue.
