Have to use quite a ...
Have to use quite a bit to get med to dark tan. Quite a lot of the guide colour rinses off after wearing it 5 hrs before bed and leaving it on over night. Stick to my skinny tan.

Beautiful tan
I bought this a month ago and I was very excited about it but it didnt work as well as I was expecting. Second day after applying I had my 1h run on a treadmill and I sweated like usually. To my surprise it didnt go patchy as other products do, but I did see a decoloration in the areas I sweated the most. As my holiday was approaching I put a stop to my training because I didnt wanted to ruin it all. The tan, without doing any workouts worked beautiful for about 10days. The price is friendly and I would recomend it for the sole purpose of fake tanning. You get a natural beautiful tan and is easy to apply. Sadly it is not that good for training. This was my honest experience and it doesn't have to be the same for you. Maybe I sweat to much. Who knows?!

Nice colour NOT sweat proof
Gorgeous dark tan shade. Not sweat proof, did transfer onto the underarm area of my top but it did keep longevity in my arm pits and didn't leave me white under the arms. Washes up evenly and easy to get off.
