Fragrance brands often bring out lots of different additions of their most popular scents, but it can get quite confusing when they often have similar names. So, what is the difference between them all? Keeping reading to find out what makes each one so deliciously addictive from our best-selling fragrance ranges'

Elie Saab Girl or Now and Girl of Now Shine

Ok so first came Elie Saab Girl of Now in the Summer of 2017. Housed in a gorgeous heavy glass bottle that was inspired by the famous Elie Saab clutch bags. Inspired by Lebanese delights, the fragrance opens with a roasted pistachio and sparkling pear top notes which is super addictive. Then into the heart of the fragrance you get bitter almond and orange blossom which blend together to create an exquisite Ormand flower scent. The ultimate Elie Saab signature Girl of Now is a beautiful gourmand floral fragrance.

So, what's the difference with Girl of Now Shine? Well still housed in the beautiful glass bottle, the petal additions are all gold instead of pale blue which makes this fragrance feel super luxurious. Girl of Now Shine is a new solar and addictive variation on the original. It is much more of a floral addiction, enhancing the signature notes of orange blossom and patchouli. However, the star ingredient in Shine is the Almond. A much headier, sensual fragrance than the original.

YSL Black Opium Floral Shock and Sound Illusion

These two are both additions to the YSL Black Opium range but they are so different! Starting with Floral Shock' this is up there as one of our favourite fragrances for summer! It is just so fresh and addictive! It is still has the iconic Black Opium Coffee accord, delivering a shot of sensuality like the morning's first jolt of espresso. However, these heady notes are combined with new floral notes of gardenia and orange blossom that add an instantly cooler feeling, it's like Black Opium on ice!

Sound Illusion is the new addition to the YSL Black Opium range and has just been launched in June 2018. A new limited edition bottle that has cute little sound bars across the middle, it's definitely one to keep! The notes are inspired by a summer of music; the signature black coffee (well it wouldn't be Black Opium without it!), vanilla, cedar and patchouli and vibrant jasmine give this scent an electrifying edge. This is the ultimate Summer evening fragrance perfect for when you're heading off on a night out!

Marc Jacobs Daisy and Daisy Love

The Marc Jacobs Daisy collection has millions of fans across the globe as it's such an iconic fragrance. The original is loved by many because of its gorgeous everyday scent, inspired by the precious, spirited flower' the Daisy. The Daisy scent embodies the essence of the daisy girl who wears it; timeless, yet young at heart. The fragrance is infused with succulent wild berries and soft white violets that leave an irresistible fresh and radiant scent on the skin.

So where does the new Daisy Love fit into the equation? Brand new this perfume was only launched in the UK on the 1st of July. A new chapter for the Daisy house, this fragrance fills the air with radiant florals and sparkling gourmand twists that is very different for the Daisy fragrances. It is undeniably feminine with a youthful yet sophisticated composition, Daisy Love opens with a bright pop of crystallized cloudberries that give an instant hit of sweetness. At the heart of the scent is a creamy floralcy of petals from the Daisy tree mingling with cashmere musks and driftwood. We think it's going to become a big big favourite among the Marc Jacobs fans!

Paco Rabanne Olympea and Olympea Aqua

Paco Rabanne Olympea was unveiled in August 2015 and ever since has been one of our favourites! An utterly irresistible and irreverent fragrance, a combination of salty vanilla accord and the freshness of floral notes. This oriental fragrance balances the accords of green mandarin, boosted by the floral and aquatic essences of ginger lily and hydroponic jasmine. The gorgeous bottle celebrates the modern-day Cleopatra.

Olympea Aqua, introduced in 2018 is the newest addition to the Olympea range and celebrates a blast of icy freshness. Described as the goddess' fresh new companion, Olympea Aqua is a divine fragrance coming deep from the ocean. Opening with notes of lemon blossom, salty vanilla calamondin and aquatic jasmine ambergris accord. Olympea Aqua is perfect for these gorgeous summer days, dive in!
