. BUT.... what have they done with Opium? I's about half the strength it was and doesn't last like the previous version! Crafty move, methinks - you use more and therefore have to buy more.. clever thinking, eh? NOT!!I used to have total strangers (OK, I admit it was always ladies, sadly never chaps with flowers) asking what I was wearing and how wonderful it was! That hasn't happened since I bought this new version. As for lasting quality, forget it! Having to pay the same (or more) for an inferior version doesn't fill me with happiness and I'm now desperate to find a replacement. I've tried testers of several others recommended to me as being a similar type, but they're no good on my skin. They SOUNDED as though they might fit the bill, but they just didn't. They all failed to deliver that hint of sweetness at the end, just ending with a somewhat sour note. Having said all that, it may suit a lot of people now who could't wear it before so I'll have to click recommending it to a friend, at least to try it for themselves.Any ideas, anybody?

Bought this for my mam for her birthday, its her favourite perfume. The price beats any I've seen.

This perfume lasts all day so use sparingly. With economic use a bottle will last longer. My skin is sensitive but Opium eau de toilette spray is kind and gentle. Its expensive but worth it,

I like to wear Opium perfume every day; it is warmly oriental, spicy and sweetly floral at the same time. My husnand loves it on me. It should be used sparingly and not worn to work, because this kind of strong spicy perfume can cause allergic reactions in some people who may be working at a desk near yours, or in an enclosed space like a lift (elevator). It's really a perfume made for evening.
