Bought perfume for a Birthday.pressie. I had it gift wrapped and ordered in plenty of time to arrive for the day, paid extra for it! Arrived 3 days after it had travelled to wrong part of the country as the postcode was wrong. I emailed several times to advise this and got no reply. Product itself I am told is lovely.
