Top of bottle arrived damaged - a very small refund was given. FD did offer that I should return item to them for a refund but with the Covid situation I did not want to wait in line at the Post Office to do this. I bouhht this as a gift and had to explain to recipient what had happened.

My husband has been using this for several years. It is a luxury product and smells lovely. The smell is rich but not overpowering. It is too expensive for daily use (unless you can afford it of course), but my husband uses it as a pampering treat for his face when he is going out at the weekend or somewhere special. My husband has fairly sensitive skin but has no problems with this product. Recommended.
