Opinion on this seems divided. Mr Smelly and Max Forti rave about the classic version of this scent with the silver label. Andres Perfume Man on the other hand doesn’t think there is much difference between this updated version and the classic version. Comparing both on each hand I’m more with Andres. The classic has a deeper base the updated version has a lighter “peppery” feel. I really don’t think it’s worth hunting around on eBay for the classic. This updated version is still very nice and full of character but both classic and updated are only really day scents with a barber shop vibe

This is a classic fragrance, it’s not over powering but it lasts for hours. Highly recommended.
