I did Not CANCEL my order - 9280866 - from Fragrance Direct, but received an email saying that a refund was being sent at my request. I replied to that email, pointing out the error, but have not received any reply, and now, in fact, am asked to review my purchase. I live in Australia and have used this site previously and like your products, and so am extremely disappointed that although a "dispatched " email was sent by Royal Mail, my 91 yr old aunt (in Essex) has been extremely disappointed. But I wonder whether the notification email was a no reply possible type and that is why i have not received a reply? However my email was not returned as undeliverable.

I'm really happy I found this. I loved it years ago and haven't been able to find it since. Happy memories in a bottle.

I bought this for a friend who wore it as a young girl. She said the perfume is so fresh and relaxing she feels like a girl again every time she wears it. I was thrilled it was still available.

Good, Gentle smell

Fresh, clean and creamy scent of pink rose petals and heady white flowers with a hint a powder. With a crisp opening of cool geranium. English Rose is just lovely and adorable. Feels like walking through a garden all day long. And you don't need much of it to last all day. I own about 60 perfumes, all much more expensive, but English Rose became immediately one of my favourites. A gem for an unbelievable good price!
