First order from this company but unlikely to be the last. Ordered on 1-Feb, best place around (£79.95 incl. delivery and a £10off voucher at the time) accepted delivery on 4-feb, by Royal Mail I think. On opening the package (retailer: please try and use smaller boxes where you can), I noticed that instead of the free 7ml Ruby Orchid sample (as per my order and the enclosed packing slip) there was a 2ml Flowerbomb one. Took photos and emailed to Fragrance Direct. Customer services replied within the hour apologising for the error and arranged the same day for the missing item to be despatched . I received it a few days later, on the Monday the following week. On opening the main EDP there was a product code inside which was accepted on the L'Oreal website, confirming that it was a genuine product. Happy OH and happy me! Thank you, Fragrance Direct and the super helpful customer service staff that dealt with the picking error!
