I get flare ups of seborrheic exzema on my scalp and this is the only product I've found that actually shifts it. I tried lots of other products before this and they all had little or no impact, some of them even made it worse. This scalp serum made a huge improvement from the very first use. This foam is effective. My skull was really dry and eitchy. It helped me to remove flake and my skull is more healthy. If possible for quicker result leave this overnight in beginning and then try to scrub lightly your skull while shampooing in morning. It helped quite lot. Overall, really good but it can be bit cheaper.
