Ordered fragrance and no update on delivery for over a week. Was offered a replacement product on next day delivery. Still took a week for it to arrive.

Great fresh clean smell - great for everyday and special occasions

I think the bottle i got was off . Sonething seriously wrong with it. Lost its smell after an hour. Plus my order was cancelled and had to reorder it without them even leting ne know. Joop was good though and the customer service too. I returned it.

Total joke.bought a birthday gift and it was fine ordering and taking my money.then the delivery guy delivered it outside of someone's fence!! Who I had no idea where the fence was.after constant emails to evri.they said it's there mistake sorry but you have to contact fragrance direct about a refund or another item! So I called your customer service to tell them all of this.and she tells me there's no record of my order or my email address or my home address.am I sure I got it from them!!!! I've since had to buy a birthday gift because yours never came causing me time and hassle.im actually looking in to getting my money back from Barclays bank.im all so going to contact cusumer rights and see what my options are going forward with you clowns
