Have used half a pot so far. Initially was using every day but I have sensitive skin and found my skin was a little red. Now using 3-4 times a week. Have noticed a positive improvement with now hormonal breakouts in last two weeks. First time user of retinol and have started to see an improvement in dark spots. Purchased 3 months worth and will review again at end but definitely pleased thus far

Love these capsules! The serum feels like silk and absorbs instantly. They have definitely improved and softened my lines and my skin generally looks smoother.

I bought these capsules and for 2 weeks I used and then I started to feel some irratiation and skin began to feel very dry and senstive and I panicked as I thought I was allergic but ater reading on line its all part of the rentiol experience and I decided to use every 2nd day and use a moisturiszer before I put rentinol capsule on my face and wow I honestly can say the difference in my skin its glowing , smooth very happy best advisestick with it normal for rentinol to make skin flakey and dry and senstive all part of the process .... glad I stuck it out
