I ordered ans within 2 days I got a message fromthe courier that I was not at home and that I should receive a message where to pick up the packages. I phoned the courier that I did was at home during the whole day and that tey should deliver the package at my home. I never got an answer and three day later I got the money refunded. I complained with Fragance Direct but they never answered. So now I ordered it somewhere else.

Excellent after sales service The first package arrived empty of its contents. It soon became clear that it was a problem with the French Post Office. After having contacted the after-sales service, I received a new package with the Kouros perfume that I personally loved as a younger person. This is the only perfume I can stand.
