Nice smell but not exactly the same as the range I have had previously- difference in the small print of the ingredients

Not as strong as previous ones, i have had these for some time and the smell /aroma is no where to be smelt, this is my first order for this off this site ? all other stuff/items have been great no issues

Embarrassing present- Bottle was leaking! Came delayed and original box bent, despite next day delivery paid- thanks for using MyHermes- the worst UNdelivery company.

I cannot review your product as i have not received it. It has been sitting with my local Evri courier since 15th December. It was a Christmas present but very late now.

Do not buy this product! It is just slightly perfumed water. I have the big size in the smallest room in the house and even though I turn the sticks daily, there is no smell. Biggest waste of money ever. Never used to be like this. This is not oil, it is water. Rituals, sort it out!!

All lids of all three diffusers are faulty and won’t unscrew, have had to get my husband to force the lids open and I find the smell is as strong as my current diffusers I bought from rituals store and they were in the new style bottle, I feel these ones I have gotten are old stock

Must be fake, smells nothing like the first one I bought in the store. Thought I was in with a good deal, better off buying directly
