I have worn this since it's release in th 1980's - why would I change now!

I first wore this wonderful scent more than thirty years ago .... I remember that - at 18 years of age - it cost me nearly a weeks' wage and I remember thinking, too ...'' Worth every penny !'' Over the years it became more and more difficult to find and, for the last 10 years, I could only find it in the Versace stores. More recently, even Versace seemed not to carry it more often than not.... I was delighted then to find it on this site and not least of all because I am paying less than half the price that I happily paid at Versace ! So - what then, does it smell like ? Difficult, because it doesn't remind me of any other fragrance... try to imagine stumbling into a dark and leafy forest glade.... a faint note of wood smoke in the air... a hint of fresh water as it tumbles across mossey slate among the green ferns... heavy and rich and .... permanent... And all around you ? Money .... growing in those trees ! A little heavy for day time use, perhaps... but in the evening...suited and booted and out to impress ? I wouldn't wear anything else.... The ' Bottom Line ' - '' Would I recommend this to a friend ? '' Hell, NO ! I wouldn't even tell 'em what it is ! I want to keep it all to myself !

A truely subtle and classic fragrance - I wouldn't like to be without it !!

Musky, woody and pleasant eau de toilette, which lasts a long time. People have asked me if I was spraying all day to keep smelling good, but I only have to apply Versace in the morning, to keep smelling good all day! It's a lasting eau de toilette, which gives you really good value for your money!
