I returned this unopened and sealed product 3weeks ago and have evidence of their receipt 19 days ago but still no refund.

Item received in good condition but unfortunately once opened and start using it nozzle kept leaking the perfume so was damaged on the inside. I called to let you know but unfortunately you needed a photo which as you can imagine is impossible to show. So very disappointed with the quality.
