Paid for next day delivery, but was told afterwards it's next day after dispatch? Waited 4 days. Very poor service will stay well clear for the future.

My wife loves this fragrance. Honey and Dot are her favourites. Fragrance direct have always done a great job delivering to us with good prices and service. Been ordering for 4 years from them for different fragrances, mostly Marc Jacob. Very happy.

Can’t smell anything, feels like it’s been diluted, unsure if it is fake or genuine, but either way what a waste of money.
