I spray it on my shoulders, around my neck, dab some behind my ears, then spray some on my palms, to run it through my hair. Have been using it for the past 20, odd years. Nothing more to be said.

The product inself is easy to use...... However this product was not sealed with cellophone wrap and looked like it could have possibly opened or used before which was a little disappointing!
