Never received item- asked customer service For refund said to check neighbours or that it’s been left somewhere- it hadn’t. never received refund

I have always had fine, thin hair. Getting older sadly it gets thinner by the month!!! Having gone back to using this several times a week I no longer feel embarrassed by my flyaway, wispy hair. Yes it is still flyaway and wispy BUT it is THICKER. I can never recommend a product more highly than than this one. PLUS you will NEVER find a better price than from Fragrance Direct. Plus the service is outstanding.

Got this to use instead of olaplex and it’s so much better! My hair is healthy bouncy and split ends pretty much gone! So glad I found it and will definitely repurchase.

My hair has been very dry and frizzy due to medication. I’ve used this treatment twice and the difference is remarkable. I wet my hair and applied generously before bed, sleeping with it on and washing it out in the morning. Results are brilliant
