I thought id buy some ysl after seeing utube videos on the brand and wasn't disappointed, smells really fresh and lasts a good 8hrs on me and got compliments how good i smelt ,would definitely recommend.

Purchased product on 12 Dec and paid for express delivery. Never received it. I managed to contact someone on 21 Dec and was told it must have been lost and they cancelled the order. The courier service said they never received it from Fragrance Direct. Very dissatisfied and won’t use the website again!
