Ordered on 25/11/22 and still not received. Have contacted several times via live chat as you can’t even speak to anyone properly. Last night the person on the live chat said she would request a replacement and send an email to me advising of the estimated arrival date. Guess what - no email has come!! Very unhappy with the service and my daughters present doesn’t seem to be arriving in time. Will avoid ordering from them in future. Gave 1 star as wouldn’t let me give none - don’t deserve 1 star
