Well it all went horribly wrong, for the first time in all the times I have purchased from Fragrance Direct, however I can’t fault the team in their handling of the problem, super quick response time to my emails, extremely helpful friendly staff. To me it’s not a problem when things go wrong it’s the way a company resolves the issue, hence despite my disappointment they still get 5 stars & they saved me as a customer. As for the perfume it’s my day to day go to scent, I’m often stopped & asked what I’m wearing, it really is a wonderful scent

I bought the NR For Fer eau de parfum (100ml) , however received the MUSC NOIR, the labelling of the bottle on the website does not match the product sold. The title says NR For Her EDP however its the MUSC NOIR that they are selling. I have ordered from this site many times and have never had a problem and this is my absolute favourite perfume. My receipt also does not match the description of what I received.

Hi there, I unfortunately ordered the wrong perfume.. Because the bottle was pink on your site i thought that it was FOR HER... not MUSC NOIR... I do like it but it is very sweet for me. For Her is my favourite perfume...Oh well...
