Described as a "sharp, flowery" fragrance, Gres Cabotine eau de Parfum spray for women opens with top notes blackcurrant buds, pear, plum and coriander, flowing into a heart of rose, tuberose, ylang-ylang, ginger lily, hyacinth, heliotrope, freesia, violet and iris, atop a smooth base of cedarwood, vanilla, Tonka bean, cybet, musk and amber.
Germaine Emilie Krebs, aka "Madame Gres", launched her haute couture fashion house Gres in Paris in 1942. Although the fashion house no longer in production, the associated fragrance line, Parfums Gres is still producing new scents. The first (and most famous) fragrance to be released under the Parfums Gres line was Cabochard, launched in 1959, and the Parfums Gres fragrance line has since been expanded.

I bought this perfume in the 80's from harrods and loved it then! I was so pleased to be able to get it again and at such a reduced price. Everyone that smells it, says it has such a fresh soft smell. It also reminds me of being young again
