Lancome was founded in France in 1935 by Armand Petitjean, who took inspiration for the name of the brand from the ruins of the Le Chateau de Lancosme castle in the heart of the country. Lancome presented its first perfumes at the Worlds Fair in Brussels in the same year, and Lancome soon began manufacturing cosmetics and skin care products, gaining celebrity fans and endorsement throughout the years, but the perfumes upon which Lancome made its name remain the cornerstone of the brand.

This would of been nice if I had received it, I was sent a different perfume instead which was a birthday present for my friend. When I contacted customer service someone was supposed to get back to me that was over four weeks ago and still not heard anything.

I bought this as a gift for a family member, so all the options are based on her. She loves Lacome especially Tresor. However it had sold out in most places, so I purchased the midnight rose instead. I know she likes it, as she has had this perfume before. Yes it's pricey, but what Lacome products are not. You do get what you pay for, in my eyes at least it's Lacome and not chanal.

Wow what can I say I am a fan of this scent bought it on the off chance as a treat so glad I did. it smells so pretty I do get little rose of it first spray but not much at all to be honest but I would say on me it's sweet berries but not overly sweet just perfect its great for the winter months for me it leaves an amazing trail in the cold air my friend told me today that I smelt lovely like sweet berries in cold fresh air my partner likes this to had a lot of compliments on this def one I will have in my colder weather collection

I am a big fan of Tresor ,so when midnight rose came out I fell in love with the smell immediately.. Bought it from this site because it was a lot cheaper than the shops even with the postage included
