The Organic Pharmacy was started by Margo Marrone who worked a Saturday job in a local pharmacy. Fascinated by the rows and rows of amber bottles, she was instantly enthralled as each person came in with a different ailment. She went on to study pharmacy and specialised in herbal medicine, nutrition and a focus on natural and alternate medicines. It was a few years later that she then discovered homeopathy, a form of medicine that completely changed her life.
Whilst studying homeopathy, Margo became aware of Organic and what it meant. She decided to use her herbal, homeopathic and pharmaceutical knowledge to create a shopping haven free from chemicals, where expert knowledge on wellbeing, herbs and homeopathic remedies were available.

The first store was opened in 2002 in London on Kings Road, they now have stores and distribution all over the world.
