Subscription at FD

Our subscription service is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you as often as you like without having to place repeat orders. We automatically send you your favourite products at the frequency you choose. You can make changes online in your account any time you need to and can cancel your subscription at any time. Just tell us what products you want and how often, and we’ll make it happen.

How do I subscribe to a product?

Subscribing at Fragrance Direct is easy; you can subscribe whilst on any product page where this option is available. To subscribe, simply select ‘Deliver every’ and choose your frequency from the options in the drop down menu. You can then add the product to your bag and check out as normal!

Can I subscribe to any product at Fragrance Direct?

We’ve hand-picked a selection of brands and products that you can subscribe to. You’ll know if you can subscribe on the product page. We may add more to this list so do keep checking back!

What happens next?

After you’ve subscribed to a product, you’ll receive an order confirmation email as normal.

We will place your subscription orders automatically in line with your chosen frequency, and you will be billed on the day the order is dispatched. We will send you a reminder email 3 days before each subscription order is due to be dispatched. You will also receive email communications regarding other information related to your subscription, such as if your subscribed product has gone out of stock, if you need to update your card details, if you skip an order, cancel your subscription and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

How do I view my upcoming subscription orders?

You can view details of your upcoming deliveries of subscription products in the ‘Subscription’ section of your account.


How do I make a change to my subscription or associated Account?

Managing your subscription is easy. You can view details of your subscription, cancel any subscriptions as well as skip an upcoming order in the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes to be made against your account.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your account.

Can I skip an order?

You can skip an upcoming subscription order in the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your account. Simply click to ‘See Upcoming Orders’ under the product you have subscribed to and click to skip that.

How can I pay?

You can pay for a product on subscription using debit or credit card. Unfortunately, we don’t accept Paypal or Klarna payment for products on subscription.

Must I have an account to subscribe?

Yes, you need to have an account with Fragrance Direct in order to set up a subscription. If you haven’t already, you can easily create an account by clicking here or when you go to checkout as part of that process.

What if the price of the product I’ve subscribed to changes?

If the price of the product you’ve subscribed to changes, the price of your subscription will change too. This will be detailed in any email communications you get.
