Great scent
Lovely strong scent! Rating it 2 stars as I've never had such an issue with an order until now. It was a birthday gift so I paid extra to have this delivered 1-2 business days to ensure it was delivered on time. Received an email to say it was going to be delivered and didn't receive until TWO days later, with the incorrect packing receipt inside! DO NOT give the option to pay extra money to be delivered earlier if you are unable to do so, as it was received a week later! Not 1-2 buisness days!

Never arrived!
It was an easy purchase, and the company sent a confirmation e-mail through too. However, I bought and paid for the item on 6th December for a birthday present, for 16th and after a week I contacted them. They told me to wait another few days before contacting again as 1. The tracking number had come up as irrelevant, and 2. It’s a Royal Mail hold up. The company eventually offered me a replacement ( but did not have one) or a refund. I obviously asked for the refund. The item has still not arrived!

Xmas present - not received
Not received and was only told I would never receive it after couple of attempts to communicate. Very disappointing. Won’t use Fragrance Direct again due to unreliability
