No wrap

Always buy this brand and on lockdown bought it online. It arrived immediately - but there was no wrapper on it. These wands are always tightly wrapped in nail -breaking plastic with a serrated strip you pull to open. This one didn't have it and the mascara is really dry. Disappointed.
