Orders being shipped via Standard Delivery and Express Tracked will be delivered by Royal Mail. Your tracking number will be available in the My Account section on the website. Please note there are no deliveries on Bank Holidays and orders will be delivered the next working day.

If you are not available to receive your order, your delivery will be left in a safe place or a card will be left allowing you to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail sorting office.

Unfortunately, due to strict regulations introduced by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) we are unable to send all goods via Airmail, orders that we are unable to send via Airmail will be sent via land, some Country restrictions may apply. If your order does not contain any items classified as dangerous goods you will be given the Airmail option.


Due to restrictions we can only ship goods by Airmail to the countries below, this does mean you are restricted to the goods you can purchase but this will be shown during check-out. Delivery times are from date of dispatch, prices and delivery times vary by destination, see below:
