COVID-19 UPDATE FROM FRAGRANCE DIRECT
During this uncertain time, we are following government advice very closely to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. While all staff from our head office are working from home, you can still reach our customer service team: Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm and Sat: 10am-4pm.
Adhering to government guidelines, we have introduced the following measures within our warehouse. All staff are health checked on arrival with hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial wipes readily available. We have also implemented the 2m distancing rule with limited staff working in separate zones while all wearing protective gloves.
We are still currently offering standard, express and next day delivery, but Royal Mail have informed us that there may be some delays to deliveries. They are still delivering over 92% of parcels on time, but please bear with us for the deliveries that may take a little longer to get to you. Also, there’s no need to worry if something isn’t quite right with your order as we are still offering our 90-day return policy so you can rest assured that we’ll be here to help when you need us!
