PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE (INTERNATIONAL)

As Fragrance Direct continue their expansion into international markets, there is now a requirement for an international paid media executive to join the company to provide support, mainly across international paid search. The position will sit within the marketing team and will be based in the Macclesfield Head Office. Roles and Responsibilities:

• To assist the Paid Media Manager on producing reports across all paid search accounts.

• Continued analysis of the international paid search campaigns.

• Continued optimisation of the international paid search campaigns.

• To provide market insight on each international territory (working in conjunction with our Google AM).

• As international expansion continues, aid any third-party vendors who consult on fully translated campaigns (Germany, France and Spain).

• To assist the Paid Media Manager on affiliate and retargeting campaigns.

Core Competencies / Experience:

• The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level.

• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working in a results orientated role are key.

• Knowledge of Google Adwords and Microsoft BingAds.

• Experience of using Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• A strong command of the English language and excellent written skills.

• Bilingual a plus.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (GERMANY) - START DATE JUNE

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a company as it looks to develop its International websites. Primarily the role will be responsible for helping to ensure the websites achieve their revenue and profit goals through the coordination of the merchandise categories, products and content of the websites. The role will provide an excellent platform for someone looking to develop their commercial acumen within a fast moving marketing and trading environment. Roles and Responsibilities:

• To help drive forward the overall financial performance of the German website.

• Maintain product and category content to ensure it is complete, accurate and the featured benefits of individual products are compelling to customers.

• Ensure that all product lines are merchandised effectively, liaising with the relevant teams to ensure there are sufficient stock levels to support the marketing plans.

• Work with the marketing team to ensure website pages are correctly optimised for SEO, including meta data, relevant in-page links and effective copy.

• Work on the platform and with the graphic design team to upload graphic content.

• Continually work with the Buying Team to increase the number and quality of the ranges promoted on the regional sites to maximise sales and margin opportunities.

• Actively merchandise products to maximise the opportunity for up sell and cross sell revenues.

• Monitor customer feedback, consumer trends and competitor activity/pricing ensuring the information is included in all buying/merchandising decision making.

• Analyse range/product performance to identify opportunities for growth and where appropriate take relevant action.

Candidate Overview

• The successful candidate must be a native German speaker or be completely fluent, plus have experience in a working environment.

• We’re looking for an ambitious individual who can demonstrate a real passion for the sector.

• The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level.

Warehouse Operative / SALES REP

We are excited to be recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Sales Representative to join our team in Macclesfield. The Warehouse Operative role will be the primary role and the Sales Representative will be on a holiday/absence cover basis. This role is ideal for somebody who is flexible enough to go from being a Warehouse Operative to being able to work away from home during the week at short notice as part of the company’s mobile sales team, visiting customers across the UK; accommodation is provided and meal allowance is applicable. You will be contracted to 38 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 17:00 when in the warehouse with a 1 hour unpaid break, when working as part of the mobile sales team working patterns will be less regular, often starting at 6am and involving nights out in hotels. In the role of Warehouse Operative, your key duties will include:

• Accurately assembling customer orders

• Packing customer orders ready for despatch

• Receiving stock deliveries

• Replenishing pick locations from bulk storage

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

In the role of Sales Representative, your key duties will include:

• Transporting stock between the van and the on-site sales area

• Setting up product displays

• Completing sales including handling cash and card payments

• Reporting on daily sales

• Clearing the sales area at the end of the day

• Placing and picking orders to replenish stock levels

The ideal candidate for this role will:

• Have an excellent work ethic and be comfortable on their feet for long periods of time

• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Have attention to detail to ensure accuracy

• Be able to use mobile devices with display screens

• Be capable of completing tasks such as moving, lifting and carrying at the required pace

• Be able to change working patterns at short notice, including being away from home

• Be confident, smart and clear in communication when presenting to customers
