We are excited to be recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Macclesfield. We have permanent and temporary vacancies. Temporary vacancy is for 12 months to cover maternity leave. Shift pattern, working 5 days out of 7 (one Saturday or Sunday each week) Shifts of 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat/Sun. Not far from the town centre, train station and motorway links. In the role of Customer Service Advisor, your key duties will include:

• Taking inbound calls, live chats and emails from customers

• Dealing with a wide variety of enquiries and complaints

• Updating the database and other admin duties as required

• Following up queries to ensure customers are fully satisfied

• Advising customers about product information

• Giving advice with regards to the website etc

• Dealing with orders and returns

What you'll need to succeed:

• Have an excellent phone manner and really enjoy speaking to people on a daily basis

• Have the ability to work as part of a lively and busy team

• Have a thick skin and not be fazed by difficult enquiries

• Be able to deal with people from various backgrounds in a cheery and effective manner

• Have good IT skills
