If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items within 90 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify Fragrance Direct in writing or by email within 14 days and return all goods in original condition.
You can return items to us for FREE, using CollectPlus, if you follow the instructions on the link below, just enter your order number and email address you can print your own Free returns label and choose a store near you to drop off (Full details can be found on the CollectPlus site on the link below)
Alternatively you can use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class and your returns costs will be refunded. (Please note we will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any other courier service). Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Fragrance Direct will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
