The quickest and easiest way to order is to enter your credit or debit card details over our secure shopping basket. Why are the products so much cheaper?

We sell products directly to the public. There is no shop and there are no middlemen, so our overheads are kept very low, and we pass our savings onto you!

Are the products that you sell real?

All the products that we sell are completely genuine - we have no dealing with counterfeit or fake products. We sell the same name brand designer products you will find in all the big retail department stores except not at the big retail prices. In the case of any of the unboxed or damaged items that we might sell, it literally is only the outer packaging that is the difference.

Why should I buy over the Internet?

With current technology (PCs, laptops, mobile phones, tablets), convenience shopping is readily available to all, and bargain hunting can now become a pleasure rather than a chore. There are no more hassles with battling with the weather, fighting for parking spaces, standing for hours in queues, or waiting for a free shop assistant. You can order your favourite products, (or even do all your Christmas shopping!) from the comfort of your own home or office.... if you have an understanding boss!

How can I give a damaged or unboxed item as a present?

Wouldn't you rather receive a large bottle of fragrance than one much smaller in a pretty box? Why not throw away the damaged box and buy a gift bag, fill it with pretty coloured tissue paper and you have your own fancy packaging at a fraction of the price! Or alternatively, use our gift wrapping service to save your self any trouble at all!!

Fragrance Direct process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with a range of delivery options available at the checkout. Depending upon your location and the time of your order being placed, you can receive your order as soon as the next working day!

What if I want to make an exchange or want a refund?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and wish to resolve any problems you may have. If, however, you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will promptly exchange the item, issue a credit or issue a refund for you.
