It’s never been easier to get your order with our new CollectPlus service. CollectPlus works to deliver your parcel quickly and efficiently, allowing you to collect your order from over 5,900 stores across the UK. Designed with your convenience in mind, CollectPlus delivers your order to stores which are typically open 8am – 9pm, 7 days a week so that you can collect your parcel at the best time for you, without having to worry about missing a home delivery. (Store times are shown at selection)

Selecting CollectPlus
When you have finished placing your order, you will be shown a CollectPlus delivery option before the payments page.

Stores that provide CollectPlus
Local stores such as the Co-Op, Spar and McColls will provide the CollectPlus service so that you can select which store is more suitable for you. You can select your nearest store during the checkout process. Simply select CollectPlus as your delivery method and then select your nearest collection point.

Order arrivals
When you have placed and paid for your order, your items will be processed and dispatched. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been placed. You will then receive an email direct from CollectPlus when your order has been delivered to your chosen CollcetPlus store and is available for collection (this is not the same as your order dispatch email direct from Fragrance Direct - please wait for your email from CollectPlus before visiting the store). Deliveries can be expected within 1-2 working days of your order being dispatched.

Collection times
Your parcel will be delivered between Monday – Saturday during the store’s opening times. The parcel will be held by the shop for 10 days before being returned to Fragrance Direct.

Collecting Your Parcel
When you collect your parcel from the CollectPlus delivery point, you must bring your collection code which you can find in your confirmation email. You also need to bring a form of ID. The forms of ID which can be accepted are:

  • Driving license
  • Passport
  • Cheque book
  • Utility bill
  • Mobile phone bill
  • Wage slip
  • Bank statement
  • Cheque guarantee, credit or debit card
  • Bank or Building society book

  • Someone can also collect your parcel on your behalf. They also need to have proof of ID and the collection code.

    If you decide that you would like to return your item, simply give us a call and we can email a returns label free of charge. All you need to do is attach this returns label to your parcel and drop it back at your nearest CollectPlus point.
