The illustrious career of British fashion designer Jasper Conran was launched in the late 1970s in New York City. Having studied at the Parsons School of Art and Design, Conran designed his first collection for Henri Bendel, before launching a womenswear collection under his own name, at just 19 years old. In the 90s Conran was one of the first designers to make his collections more accessible to a wider audience, launching the “J” womenswear line for high street department store Debenhams. The Jasper Conran brand now encompasses wedding dresses, wallpaper, luggage, and of course the fragrances Jasper Conran, Mister and Mistress.
