Everlasting Lips is the ultimate two-step color and gloss lip product that endures just about everything. The product consists of a long-lasting lip color as well as a gloss stick (Glossy Top Coat) that gives the lips a glossy finish and thereby makes them appear fuller. Neither product contains perfume. Use on clean, dry lips- apply the color, allow to dry completely to a matte finish (a few seconds), and then apply the Glossy Top Coat.
