Body Collection Powder Brush - there is a twisting mechanism that pushes up some plastic to conceal the brush so that a protective lid can be put on. The handle (which can be replaced) contains the brilliance powder in a clear plastic so you can see how much is left. At the bottom is a springy button which is used to release the powder in to the brush.
